Guys might say they have ‘types’, like blondes, or short and petit, or like girls with blue eyes, or brunettes, whatever…but I’d guess that most of you never refer to your “type” as being “excessively overweight” or “big boned with a great personality”. This is in fact what guys settle for when they think they have no shot at something better looking. Likewise, girls all prefer a guy with a great body - regardless of hair and eye color, or how tall or short he is. There is no such thing as a hot girl who prefers a guy with a big sloppy gut, or a hot girl who would really like a guy with a weak sunken chest, no muscle in his arms and skinny twigs for legs. These body looks are not any woman’s “type”, they are just what not very good looking women settle for when they realize they can’t get their hands on a better looking guy. Rock stars or a big time Hollywood celebrity might get some good looking girls without being in any kind of shape, but for every other guy on earth looks matter a lot!
There is research that shows women with great bodies have sex with guys that have great bodies. Women with a few extra pounds tend to end up with guys with a few extra pounds. And guys who are really big, well you can fill the blank in here. In other words more often than not you’re going to end up in bed with a girl who’s body is only as good as yours. It’s rare for a guy who is completely out of shape to constantly be having sex with women that have smokin’ hot bodies. It’s much more likely that the women available to you will have a body that rates on a scale of 1-10 about the same as your does. So how do you build a 10-rated body that will get the 10-rated girls?
Fact: there is a precise measurable body shape and size that almost all women will be attracted to, and subconsciously attracted at that. In other words, women will be drawn to you without knowing how or why. It doesn’t matter how tall or short you are, you have a specific shape and size that will fit on your frame and will create attraction in all women. You can build this shape with the right workout program.
If you’re like most guys you probably read popular fitness magazines for workout and diet information. If you are a former athlete you might use the workout you learned playing sports. Maybe you know a personal trainer who can give you tips. You might even be a fitness enthusiast and personal trainer yourself and study this kind of stuff all the time. But building a body that girls are subconsciously attracted to is more precise that any of this. I’ve been a professional trainer for over 1o years, and have done graduate research in exercise physiology and nutrition. Trust me, the specific shape that men need to be to attract women is not obvious. I’ve spent the last year researching the psychology of attraction and the male body shape that women find most attractive. What I discovered was a body proportion that is “perfect”, and that almost all women will be attracted to. Then I developed a workout program that is designed to build this body in the shortest amount of time possible.
The specific body shape is more muscular than any average man would have without working out. This musculature is a sign of masculinity and dominance to women that they are instinctually attracted to. Incidentally, research also proves that women are more likely to have short term relationships that are based primarily on sex with more muscular men that posses this body shape and size. This even goes for women who are currently “attached”. As long as you have a better body than the guy she is dating there will be a certain number of women who just won’t be able to resist the urge to sleep with you! No dating or romancing required. Just build the body, and sleep with the girls!
It doesn’t matter if you’re skinny, average, or heavy, your perfectly proportioned body is attainable with the right workout.
First: You need a workout that is tailored for your current body shape and size. The typical one-size-fits-all workouts you read in magazines will never build you to your perfect proportions, nor are they designed to. Until the Adonis Effect arrived, nobody in the fitness industry even knew what the perfect proportions were.
Second: You need a tracking system. You need to know what your current proportions are and what your ideal goal proportions are. This way you can constantly track your progress towards building your perfect body. No more using the scale or other arbitrary measurements, there are definite measurable numbers that will literally guide you to your perfect body shape and size.
Third: You need a nutrition program that is also tailored to your current body shape and size, and your target goal. If you already have a good handle on your eating habits then you’re ahead of the game. If you’re interested in accelerating the shaping of your ideal body then a nutritional program that is designed to move you towards your ideal proportions is essential.
Fourth: You need to take action. Get to the gym, build the body, and get the girls.
